Orders come straight to you.

The customer fills the cart, creates an account with a code sent by email and places the order. You confirm it, ship it and mark it delivered.

How do I open my shop?

Write to contact@vindesto.ro with what you sell and where. We create your shop and your account, and you get the invitation by email. If you already have a catalog, we import it for free.

How do my customers pay?

For now on delivery, to the courier (cash on delivery). Online payment is in the works.

What does shipping cost the customer?

Shipping isn't calculated in the cart. You set it and tell the customer when you confirm the order.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Retailer and Scale. Add the domain in your settings and point it at Vindesto, and the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.

Which languages can my shop be in?

Romanian and English on every plan, and any number of languages on Retailer and Scale. Customers pick the language in the shop, and products, categories and characteristics each have a translation per language. The shop's buttons stay in Romanian or English.

Do I pay a commission on sales?

No. You only pay the subscription, monthly or yearly. Orders are unlimited, with 0% commission.

What happens if I move to a smaller plan?

You keep everything you already have. You just can't add products, languages or colleagues beyond the new plan's limits.

Do I need a password?

No. You and your customers sign in with a 6-digit code sent by email.
